Role and Responsibilities
Analyze software requirements and technical specifications to design robust test strategies.

Develop and execute detailed manual and automated test cases to validate application functionality.

Identify, document, and monitor defects using industry-standard tools.

Work closely with developers and QA teams to understand application features and technical intricacies.

Learn and assist in building and maintaining test automation scripts and frameworks.

Participate actively in different testing stages, including smoke, functional, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Stay updated with the latest trends in QA practices, testing tools, and automation techniques.

Desired Skills and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Good grasp of software testing principles, including STLC and SDLC methodologies.

Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress is an advantage.

Basic coding skills in languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience or familiarity with test management and defect tracking platforms like JIRA or TestRail (preferred but not mandatory).

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Fresh graduates with a degree in BE/BTech/IT.
