- Order Validation: Ensure orders are validated according to the defined scope of work.

- Coordination: Work with order managers to finalize the exact scope before building configurations.
- Design Review: Review network designs provided by the design team.
- Configuration Building: Build network configurations as per the defined scope and design.
- Device Activation: Participate in and lead customer edge device activation calls, deploying the necessary device configurations.
- Issue Coordination: Coordinate with L2 technicians for complex issues.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network issues by coordinating with various stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Background: BE/BTech degree.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience or a fresher with a certification/course completed from a recognized institute.
- Technical Skills:
- Network configuration knowledge.
- Telecom domain or IT-related knowledge.
- Understanding of SDWAN, with training or certification being a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good logical thinking process.
- Strong focus on delivering results in a team environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- PC literate with good system navigation skills.
- Work Environment:
- 50% voice and 50% non-voice tasks.
- Rotational shifts with rotational week offs, including flexibility to work on weekends.
