Overview:

As a Trainee at Wipro, you will play a pivotal role in configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration (TBA) System to meet client requirements. This involves utilizing proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables/parameters in the TBA System as per analysis specifications.

Eligibility Criteria:

- B.E/B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE), MCA

- Batch: 2023

- 60% in current degree, HSC & SSLC, No Current Backlogs till 7th Semester

Interview Rounds:

1. Online Assessment (Aptitude, Grammar, Behavioral)

2. Managerial Round (Eligible candidates who cleared the online assessment)

3. HR Discussion

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Testing involves the preparation and execution of test cases and test data based on SA directions.

- Entry-level position focusing on programming skills, systems configuration, and testing related to human resource functions.

Technical Skills:

- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles/concepts.

- Proficiency in writing simple and complex SQL queries.

Communication and Excellence:

- Excellent communication skills (Oral, written, and listening ability).
