Eligibility:

- Educational Qualifications:
- BE/BTech or MBA graduate with a minimum 70% aggregate from a recognized institution.

- Required Skills:
- Proficiency in programming or a strong understanding of the HR lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
