Job Description:

As a Chat Customer Support Representative at BookMyShow, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving their concerns through the chat process. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Chat Handling: Engage with customers through the chat platform, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information.

2. Issue Resolution: Effectively resolve customer concerns, ensuring a positive and satisfactory experience.

3. Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with customers.

4. Customer Service Excellence: Uphold high standards of customer service, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.

5. Shift Flexibility: Be prepared to work in rotational shifts to accommodate customer needs.


As a Chat Customer Support Representative, you play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of BookMyShow. Your ability to communicate effectively, address customer queries, and ensure a positive customer experience is vital to the company's commitment to service excellence.
