Description for IT Associate Engineer:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Associate Engineer – IT located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:
- Monitoring and supporting the infrastructure as well as remote devices in the network.
- Following Helpdesk tickets with ITIL Process & attending incidents, requests logged by users on a day-to-day basis as per SLA, being the first point of escalation.
- Installing & Maintaining an Active Directory Service and Managing user and group accounts in Windows 2008/2012.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining the users, groups, and organization units.
- Imaging laptops/desktops with MDT and troubleshooting problems related to booting, hardware, and OS performance.
- Troubleshooting hardware-related problems, LAN connectivity issues.
- Strong experience in PC software applications, MS Operating Systems administration.
- Wide knowledge of PC hardware, peripherals, and software.
- L1 Network troubleshooting.
- Encryption for data security. Handling system image failure issues with the help of encryption.
- Providing extended support to end-users and resolving issues immediately.
- Participating in 24/7 support including weekend system prep and on-call rotations as per business needs.

Experience we’re looking to add to our team:
1-4 years of experience is preferred.
Candidate should be responsible for the maintenance of all IT and Network related hardware/software.
Provide desktop and network support. Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.
Completing internal user moves including phones and desktops.
