Role Overview

As a Junior Accountant, you will support core accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth financial processing within the organization. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage invoices, resolve discrepancies, and maintain financial discipline.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing & EDI

Review, validate, and register invoices with accuracy and timeliness.

Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching, ensuring compliance with process standards.

Identify and correct invoice mismatches and other processing errors.

Address queries raised by internal departments and external vendors professionally and promptly.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business.

Experience

0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or related finance functions.

Core Requirements

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Willingness to work in any shift.

Collaborative and reliable team player.

Good-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP platforms will be an added advantage.
