About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer to support enterprise application modernization, digital accessibility compliance, and AI-assisted software development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, frontend development, accessibility remediation, and modern DevOps practices.

This role involves upgrading legacy applications, improving user accessibility, modernizing reporting systems, and leveraging AI-powered development tools to enhance productivity and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Application Modernization: Refactor and upgrade legacy .NET Framework and .NET Core applications to improve security, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

🔹 Accessibility Compliance: Audit and remediate enterprise web applications to meet WCAG 2.1/2.2 Level AA, ADA Title III, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.

🔹 Accessibility Testing: Use screen readers such as NVDA, evaluation tools like WAVE, and automated testing solutions to identify and resolve accessibility issues.

🔹 PDF & Reporting Remediation: Convert Crystal Reports outputs into accessible, properly tagged PDFs with logical reading order and appropriate document structure.

🔹 AI-Assisted Development: Utilize GitHub Enterprise Cloud Copilot and Anthropic Claude for code analysis, refactoring, documentation, unit testing, and development optimization.

🔹 DevOps & CI/CD: Collaborate with teams to maintain automated build, deployment, testing, and release pipelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

✅ Experience with Telerik UI or similar enterprise UI component libraries.

✅ Knowledge of WCAG guidelines, ARIA attributes, semantic HTML, Section 508, and accessibility testing methodologies.

✅ Practical experience with PDF tagging, accessible document structures, and Crystal Reports remediation.

✅ Familiarity with NVDA, WAVE, automated accessibility testing, and assistive technologies.

✅ Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot and Claude.
