Job Description for Software Engineer:

Phenom People invites applications for the position of Software Engineer in our OGD department, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time role.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain software applications.

- Analyze user requirements and design software solutions.

- Ensure software meets user needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.

Ideal Candidate:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in software development.

- Experience in object-oriented programming, web development, and database design.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Work Experience:

- Focus on system analysis and problem-solving.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in product implementations.

- 1 to 3 years of experience in product integration.

- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, Mongo DB, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with SQL.

- Awareness of AWS and the deployment process.

- Good communication skills with the ability to express thoughts clearly.

- Engineering Graduates/Post-Graduates from premier institutions are preferred.
