Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications and operating systems according to provided specifications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enhance existing software applications and develop new reports using SQL, data processing, and data representation.
2. Gather requirements, create work estimates, plan, and execute tasks.
3. Participate in technical design discussions and collaborations.
4. Perform debugging, document root cause analysis, and resolutions.
5. Identify and suggest process improvements.
6. Provide support for software releases.
7. Develop understanding of healthcare workflows and Millennium data model.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Skills:
- SQL, PL-SQL, Database Management Systems.
- Soft skills: Problem-Solving, Collaboration, Communication, Attention to Detail, Adaptability, Time Management, Continuous Learning, Mentorship.
Nice to Have:
1. Experience with Business Intelligence Tools (Tableau, Business Object, Power Insight, DA2).
2. Knowledge of CCL and Healthcare Workflow.
Work Requirements:
1. Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
2. Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.
