Role Overview:

As a Discovery Trainee, you will be part of the Motion Business Area for the Service division in Bangalore, India. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will execute assignments of low complexity within agreed timelines and standards, utilizing established solutions. Your role involves supporting the development of technical expertise solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

- Demonstrate high self-belief and motivation, showing ambition for broader responsibilities.

- Independently apply competency in technologies, tools, and methods to solve critical issues.

- Coordinate with relevant functions to resolve technical issues in their area of expertise.

- Determine offered solutions and product versions for low to high complexity customer requirements.

- Support technical reviews and participate in core technical meetings.

- Build internal and external networks for information exchange, best practices, and lessons learned.

- Actively support technical resources in a specific area of expertise.

- Propose and initiate actions to mitigate and control risks.

Eligibility:

- B.E/B.Tech students graduating in 2022/2023.

- Freshers with an aggregate of all previous semesters at 60% and above with no backlogs.

- Professional level of social understanding with good working relationships.

- Ability to motivate others and lead a team.

- Eagerness to learn about self, others, and exposure to new and challenging situations.
