The Data team plays a crucial role in this growth, driving a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovative use of data in product development, client services, and member experience. As part of this multi-disciplinary team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the company's data strategy and contribute to its forward momentum.
Role: Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators, measure performance, and provide actionable insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards using best design practices to monitor KPIs and guide decision-making
- Conduct in-depth analysis using SQL to answer key questions and identify blind spots
- Identify and resolve data gaps in internal databases to meet business needs
- Assist in data governance to ensure high data quality, including identifying errors and anomalies
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements for the data team
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a data function, preferably as an analyst
- Strong SQL skills for data discovery
- Experience with BI platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlikview, or Looker for dashboard creation
- Expertise in translating business requirements into usable dashboards
- Attention to detail for delivering quality data solutions
- Excellent communication skills for different audiences
- Experience in a fast-paced agile environment, familiarity with Jira is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare data is preferred
- Knowledge of DBT is a plus
