Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and self-motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, IT security, and troubleshooting, with the ability to think outside the box to solve complex problems. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be the main point of contact for technical issues and will work closely with our Development and QA teams to resolve them. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a challenging and dynamic environment, enjoys providing world-class support, and is driven by technical challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for technical issues related to security applications.
- Work closely with Development and QA teams to facilitate the resolution of technical issues.
- Provide world-class support to customers and partners.
- Adapt quickly to new technical challenges and technologies.
- Demonstrate a strong foundation in Windows or Linux/Unix environments in an enterprise setting.
- Passion for security, with preference for candidates with CISSP/CEH or equivalent certifications.
- Deep understanding of network services and protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with Vulnerability Management, Web Application Security, or Firewall application support preferred.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN infrastructures, and common OS services.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
