Position Summary
As a QA Technical Trainee, you will play a critical role in maintaining the quality and performance of Siemens’ software solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to design, document, and execute test cases while collaborating with development and project teams to detect and resolve software issues before deployment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test cases, scripts, and scenarios to validate product functionality.

Identify bugs and inconsistencies, document defects, and track them through resolution.

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle.

Draft and maintain detailed test case documentation and reports.

Participate in test planning, reviews, and feedback sessions to continuously improve testing practices.

Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Clear and effective verbal and written communication.

Basic knowledge of software testing principles and life cycle.

Ability to design, execute, and document test cases and reports.

Familiarity with defect tracking tools is a plus.

Eligibility Criteria
BE/BTech degree holders in Computer Science, IT, or related disciplines.

Freshers with a keen interest in software quality assurance and testing are encouraged to apply.
