Key Responsibilities

As a Software Development Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate with architecture and ASIC teams on new product introduction and SDK development for next-generation ASICs.
  • Design and implement SDK APIs and algorithms to support advanced networking solutions.
  • Define, develop, and execute test plans, ensuring robust software integration with hardware.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed design documentation to support development and integration processes.
  • Work closely with ASIC and Optical architecture teams to deliver optimized solutions.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 0–2 years in software development (telecom/communications industry experience preferred).

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming with strong debugging skills (mandatory).
  • Familiarity with Linux or RTOS environments (preferred).
  • Exposure to embedded systems, device drivers, and protocol software development (advantageous).
  • Knowledge of ASIC SDK development, GIGE, OTN, or DSP (good to have).
