Job Description
As a Trainee at Siemens, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to essential business operations. You will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in various operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor business travelers and oversee compliance requirements related to tax, employment law, immigration, and regulations.
Identify potential compliance or risk issues and proactively address them.
Manage in-house compensation processes for globally mobile employees, ensuring payroll and non-payroll data accuracy.
Partner with vendors and payroll teams to ensure smooth expatriate compensation processing.
Prepare monthly and year-end compensation reports and payroll instructions in alignment with deadlines.
Support assignment management tools and ensure the accuracy of related databases.
Generate and review assignment documentation, ensuring compliance with policies.
Collaborate with case managers to evaluate and improve operational processes for efficiency.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.Com or BBA graduate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
Ability to work effectively with teams across different geographical locations.
Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced Excel skills preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
