Job Description:
As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling various tasks related to claims processing. This role requires individuals who are either freshers or have some experience. You will need to have a strong aptitude for learning system software and product-specific information. Strong analytical skills and good English comprehension skills are essential. Additionally, you should be able to multitask efficiently and have excellent keyboard shortcut skills. A typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90% accuracy is required. The role may require you to work in 24/7 shifts based on business requirements.

Experience Profile:
- Fresher or Experience
- Strong aptitude for learning system software and product-specific information
- Strong analytical skills
- Good English comprehension skills
- Ability to multitask with keyboard shortcut skills
- Good hands-on computer typing skills with a speed of 30WPM and 90% accuracy
- Should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts as per business requirements

Education Requirements:
- Undergraduate/ Graduate Degree in Business or any discipline
