Role and Responsibilities

- Test Case Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain test cases for a majority of the modules of the relevant product.
- Manual and Automation Testing: Execute manual test cases and scenarios, publish results, and write, execute, and maintain automation test scripts.
- Test Case Reviews: Participate in test case reviews and develop and maintain test data for various modules.
- Product Installation and Configuration: Install and configure relevant products in all supported test environments.
- Exploratory Testing: Conduct exploratory testing as needed or planned.
- Defect Management: Identify and report software defects in an appropriate manner, follow the defined defect lifecycle, and troubleshoot the root cause of defects to resolve issues.
- Test Management Tools: Work with test management and test execution tools such as HP QC and JIRA.
- Business Requirements Understanding: Understand business requirements provided and follow standard development processes and procedures.
- Work Planning and Prioritization: Plan and prioritize work tasks with input from the manager and proactively notify managers of impairments to commitments.
- Collaboration and Assistance: Proactively seek or provide assistance as required, working collaboratively with team members.

Technical Environment:

- Software: Java, Microservices, REST API, Spring Boot, RDBMS, React JS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Frameworks/Others: Spring Boot, GIT, RDBMS, Oracle.

Skills Required:

- Software Testing Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation) with a strong understanding of testing procedures.
- Automation Skills: Experience in Selenium Automation with Java, and familiarity with TestNG/Cucumber is a plus.
- Enterprise Applications: Demonstrable experience in testing, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications.
- ERP Systems Expertise: Strong domain expertise in ERP systems.
- Blue Yonder Products: Functional experience in any of the Blue Yonder products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Database Skills: Understanding of RDBMS concepts and basic SQL.

- A BE/BTech degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3+ years of relevant experience in software testing.
