Job Description
Pegasystems is looking for a highly motivated Associate Cloud Development Engineer to join its Infrastructure Services Team. As part of this team, you will work on cutting-edge cloud technologies that support Pega Cloud, a rapidly growing $300M+ business. You will be involved in designing, building, and managing scalable cloud-native systems while collaborating with a team of expert engineers working on AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Istio, and Observability products.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud-native applications using Golang, Java, or the Pega Platform.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, and Stakeholders to design, document, and implement new Pega Cloud features.

Implement and execute unit, integration, and API tests to ensure the highest quality standards.

Utilize DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines to enable automated deployment and operations of cloud services.

Support cloud infrastructure operations, assisting teams in troubleshooting and optimizing performance.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills in Golang, Java, or other object-oriented languages.

Basic understanding of Cloud Computing (AWS/GCP) and Kubernetes.

Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Passion for learning new technologies and growing in the cloud domain.
