Job Description:
We’re looking for an innovative Senior Software Engineer to design and develop next-generation Generative AI solutions and enterprise-grade cloud services. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers, to bring cutting-edge AI services to life while mentoring junior developers and contributing to the technical growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy Generative AI-driven services with enterprise-level security and scalability.
Develop cloud-native infrastructure components including microservices, APIs, and backend systems for interactive dashboards and UI applications.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers—to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into the ecosystem.
Participate in the architecture and implementation of distributed systems focusing on reliability, performance, and automation.
Work with key infrastructure elements such as identity management, service gateways, private networks, logging, tagging, and operational limits.
Mentor and coach junior engineers, promoting best practices in software design, development, testing, and deployment.
Support on-call rotations and ensure smooth production operations, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by evaluating emerging technologies and refining DevOps and MLOps workflows.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience Level: IC4 (Senior Individual Contributor) with demonstrated experience in enterprise-scale software development.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Java and Python programming languages.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Services (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with Microservice Architecture and distributed systems design.
Familiarity with MLOps frameworks, tools, and processes.
Experience developing cloud-native solutions focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
