About the Role

As a DevOps Engineer at Broadcom, you will collaborate closely with highly agile Development and QA teams to build, automate, and optimize the entire software delivery ecosystem. Your work will support source code management, build and release operations, test automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

CI/CD & Automation

Design, develop, and maintain robust CI/CD systems.

Continuously enhance pipeline tools, processes, and workflows for reliability and scalability.

Integrate quality gates, automated tests, and deployment checks into CI/CD workflows.

Infrastructure Engineering

Build, maintain, and scale development, QA, and production infrastructure.

Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of deployment tools and release engineering systems.

Maintain clear and up-to-date infrastructure and workflow documentation.

Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure quality and consistency across the software lifecycle.

Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues.

Own infrastructure incidents—identify root causes, implement resolutions, and provide timely support.

Monitoring & Reliability

Take ownership of production issues and alerts.

Enhance system reliability, performance, and observability across environments.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with CI/CD systems, automation, and scripting.

Knowledge of build and release processes, SCM tools, and DevOps best practices.

Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues across distributed environments.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced teams.
