📍 Location: Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)
🧑‍💼 Experience Required: 3–5 Years
🎓 Education: IT Graduates Preferred

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for applications and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Monitor system performance and ensure smooth functioning of applications

• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot technical problems

• Manage and maintain application-related documentation and incident reports

• Participate in regular system maintenance and performance improvement activities

• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and service management standards

🔹 Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience working with LOS/LMS applications in the BFSI domain

• Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to work with databases

• Practical experience with Linux servers and system environments

• Understanding of ITIL processes and application support frameworks

• Ability to identify root causes of technical issues and provide effective solutions
