About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead – Full Stack Developmentto lead engineering teams and drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive full-stack development experience, strong technical leadership capabilities, cloud architecture expertise, and an interest in AI-powered development workflows.

The selected candidate will guide distributed onshore and offshore teams, establish engineering best practices, and ensure the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performance software solutions in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance and architectural direction throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Design and develop scalable microservices and distributed applications using modern full-stack technologies.
• Drive backend and frontend development using .NET Core, React.js, and JavaScript.
• Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Integrate AI-powered coding assistants and agentic workflows into development processes to improve productivity and code quality.
• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing practices, and continuous delivery standards.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and implement effective optimization strategies.
• Build robust observability and monitoring solutions to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements effectively.
• Promote Agile/Scrum practices, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall software development experience, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with .NET Core, React.js, and modern JavaScript.
• Strong database experience with PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including Lambda, ECS, Aurora, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudWatch.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and scalable application design.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, performance engineering, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Practical experience using AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor.
• Understanding of AI agents, tool-calling, and agentic development workflows.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
