🌍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (On-site)
💼 Position: Lead Consultant
📅 Contract Duration: 4 Months (Potential Extension)

🏛️ Project: Government Sector

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performance digital solutions for a government-sector project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical leadership skills, enterprise architecture expertise, and professional fluency in Arabic.

🛠️ Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

• Strong experience with C#, modern .NET, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
• Expertise in RESTful Web APIs, LINQ, test-driven development (TDD), and NUnit unit testing.

Frontend Technologies

• HTML5, jQuery, AJAX, and JSON integration.

Database & ORM

• Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.
• Strong knowledge of database optimization, indexing, schema design, and stored procedures.

Monitoring & DevOps

• ELK Stack, Grafana, Hangfire, Incorta, and foundational CI/CD pipeline coordination.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee scalable digital services while ensuring compliance with government regulations, data governance policies, and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership throughout Agile development cycles, including sprint planning, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Guide engineering teams in delivering reliable, maintainable, and high-quality enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
• Act as a bilingual technical advisor, facilitating discussions between stakeholders and engineering teams in Arabic and English.

👨‍💻 Ideal Candidate

• Experienced .NET professional with strong enterprise application development and technical leadership skills.
• Proficient in the listed Microsoft technologies, database systems, and monitoring tools.
• Fluent in professional Arabic, with strong stakeholder communication skills.
• Available to work on-site in Riyadh for the initial four-month contract, with potential extension.
