INDEGENE HIRING FOR MEDICAL ENGAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
EXP: FRESHERS

1: Responsible for engagement of Cardiac therapy patients.
Enrol patients into a Patient Support CRM tool and to process repurchase order creations.
Process adverse event reports shared by the field team.
Patient's medical approvals from client panel of doctors.
Should be able to empathise with Patients.
Enrolment confirmation calls to patients and informing patients about benefits of the patient support program
Therapy reminder call to patients
Maintain data hygiene and validate it.

2: Operational Roles and Responsibilities
Collate health records related data from consenting patients.
a) Capture details related to adverse events reported by patient in pre-defined templates and timelines.

b) Capturing Patient detail and upload it to the CRM tool along with pre-defined data points of patients to the real world evidence. Explaining the Serious event profile clearly to the patient/ caregiver.
Attend review meetings from internal Leads at regular intervals.
Should have good oral and written communication in English and vernacular language as the location handled.
Participate in People Practices - welcoming, communication, apply leaves for individuals.
Receive regular feedback from team members (from clients as well) and undergo program related training and on the job training on a regular basis.
