Recruiter with strong sourcing capability to handle volume hiring.

Should have an experience in Services & Technical Hiring.

2-3 yrs. Technical Education background.

2 Years of related corporate technical recruiting experience.

Staffing experience in IT/IT Services companies.

End to end talent acquisition experience.

To clarify what meant by sourcing capability, Business need them have a good understanding of sourcing, and especially proactive sourcing (must not be only basic CV profiling).

The resource needs to have a proficiency with Product hiring (not Services)
