THE OPPORTUNITY

Xactly is seeking a dynamic individual for its cross-products first response engineering team, known as the SWAT team. As a member, you will collaborate with a highly skilled engineering team to debug, design, and build solutions for customer-facing challenges across the Xactly product suite. Proficiency in modern web application architectures, strong problem-solving skills, and experience with enterprise applications are essential. The role offers the chance to work on both private and public clouds, partnering with various engineering teams to enhance the customer experience.

THE TEAM

Xactly's Engineering team is expanding rapidly, with a focus on high-quality code and cutting-edge products. Operating across global offices in San Jose, Denver, Bangalore, and Toronto, the team encourages independent, accountable work while fostering collaboration across multiple teams.

THE SKILL SET

- Bachelor's or Master's degree with 1-2 years of experience in Enterprise application development using J2EE and/or AWS.
- Proficient in SQL, with preferable experience working with Oracle DB.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of performance, scalability, reliability, and usability related to troubleshooting enterprise applications.
- Ability to help customers troubleshoot software issues, providing actionable tips for resolution.
- Basic knowledge of debugging Java applications to address customer issues.
- Experience monitoring the enablement of microservices used by a large user base.
- Basic knowledge of developing applications with Spring-Boot Microservices Architecture.
