🧩 Role Overview
Join Razorpay’s Business Engineering Technical Support team as an Associate Technical Consultant, where you’ll serve as the bridge between our engineering teams and merchants. You will help resolve post-integration technical issues, provide expert consultation on APIs and products, and ensure that every merchant has a seamless experience using Razorpay’s technology suite.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Act as a technical point of contact for Razorpay’s merchants by resolving queries related to APIs, plugins, and product suite.

Communicate clearly with clients—including CXOs and engineering teams—to troubleshoot and guide through issues.

Investigate irregularities and unexpected behaviors in Razorpay services, providing Level 2/3 support.

Use debugging tools and logs to analyze issues, offer solutions, or escalate bugs to the engineering/product teams via Jira.

Track, update, and close tickets using CRM tools like FreshDesk, maintaining complete transparency with the client.

Be a knowledge expert in Razorpay’s technical ecosystem and ensure clients get accurate and actionable answers.

Travel to client sites if necessary to solve high-impact technical problems.

🎯 What You’ll Need
B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (Internship experience preferred).

Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Solid understanding of debugging, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution techniques.

Hands-on knowledge of at least one:

Frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Flutter, or React Native

Backend languages: Java, Python, Go, or C++

Excellent problem-solving and logical reasoning skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of handling clients independently.

Knowledge of payment gateways and financial tech is a plus.
