Description for Software Engineer
The Software Engineer would be part of the Deltek Replicon Integration team, responsible for developing integration and automation solutions per outlined business requirements.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop integration and automation solutions based on technical specifications.
- Support testing activities, including integration testing, end-to-end (business process) testing, and UAT.
- Maintain awareness of CI/CD, engineering best practices, and SDLC processes.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, demonstrating how integration solutions can effectively meet business automation needs across industries.
- Deliver project work within stipulated timelines.
- Communicate complex technical ideas to a non-technical audience.
- Maintain quality and adhere to SLAs, process, and security policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to triage and resolve integration and automation issues.

Qualifications
- Ambitious tech support expert with a Bachelor’s Degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in developing integration/automation solutions or related experience.
- Experience working on any iPass platform, with Workato experience being a plus.
- Knowledge of any programming languages, with Ruby/Python being preferable.
- Good understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and technologies.
- Ability to learn new concepts and technologies and solve problems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
- Comfortable with interpreting API documentation of cloud-based applications, basic programming logic, and SQL.
