Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and driven Associate Software Development Engineers (aSDEs) to join our backend engineering team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who want hands-on exposure to large-scale, high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with experienced engineers and gain practical experience using modern technologies that power real-world, high-traffic platforms.

What You’ll Be Working On

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and services

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Java and/or Go

Build backend solutions using technologies such as Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB

Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices

Contribute to system design and architectural discussions for new features

Troubleshoot production issues, improve performance, and handle scalability challenges

Learn and apply backend engineering principles in a real-world, high-scale environment

What We’re Looking For

B.Tech graduates (2024/2025) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields

Strong fundamentals in Java and/or Go programming

Understanding of backend development concepts

Basic knowledge of databases and data modeling

Interest in learning distributed systems and modern backend tools

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Experience using version control systems (Git)

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
