About the Opportunity:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Ericsson, you'll be an integral part of the BCSS SA CNS GSD team, contributing to customer service delivery. Your role involves delivering services aligned with the contracted Service Level Agreements, utilizing established processes and gaining a deep understanding of Ericsson’s Products, Solutions, and Services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform analysis, audit, design, and optimization of telecom networks.

- Work independently, delivering quality results within project or service scope.

- Engage in scope-based deliveries and contribute to process automation.

- Propose technical problem resolutions within the domain.

- Bring forth innovative ideas, fostering innovative thinking, and implement basic automation to reduce repetitive tasks.

What You Will Bring:

- Understanding of Wireless/Mobile Technologies such as 2G/3G/4G/5G.

- Knowledge of high-level programming languages like Python.

- Excellent Analytical & Troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of MS Office Tools.

- Presentation skills (oral and written) and flexibility to work in different time zones, including Night Shifts.

Educational Qualifications:

- B.E/B.Tech. in Computer Science/Electronics & Communication/Telecommunication/IT.
