Role and Responsibilities:

- Performance and Integration Issue Resolution: Address and resolve performance issues, integration problems, and provide solutions to hosting and product-related problems.
- Extended Cloud Services and Production Support: Offer continuous improvement services, including integration fixes, custom code fixes, small data requirement changes, and application configuration changes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with various internal teams such as Infrastructure and Database to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
- Project Work and Problem Resolution: Work on projects and provide resolutions to problems of limited to moderately complex scope while gaining exposure to more complex tasks within the job function.
- Judgment and Practices: Use judgment within defined practices and procedures to determine appropriate actions.

Must-Have Skills:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science or Engineering.
- Technical Interpretation: Ability to interpret design specifications and drawings.
- Technical Knowledge: Exposure to JAVA and database concepts, as well as networking and operating system knowledge, will be an added advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with good verbal and written communication abilities.
