Job Description
Wipro is hiring fresh graduates for the role of System Engineer to provide technical support and customer service as the first point of contact for B2B users. This role requires troubleshooting end-user issues while ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary user support for client queries via calls, emails, chats, and portals.

Gain expertise in client applications, processes, and commonly used software/hardware.

Log and track service desk tickets using defined software while ensuring accuracy.

Maintain service level agreements (SLA), response time (TAT), and resolution metrics as per the contract.

Escalate unresolved technical issues in accordance with company policies.

Maintain MIS reports and resolution logs for queries raised.

Regularly follow up with customers to update their status and feedback.

Suggest process improvements and contribute to enhancing service desk efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: BE/BTech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.

Experience: Freshers (0 years of experience).

Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with operating systems, software, and hardware troubleshooting.

Basic understanding of IT support tools and service desk operations.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
