About the Team

The Content Operations team is central to shaping ShareChat’s content strategy—driving creation, quality, monetization, and user experience. Within this team, the Episodic Team focuses on delivering high-quality, structured series content across regional markets.

As an intern, you will support creator onboarding, ensure content quality, and track performance to help scale our episodic content program.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Pipeline Support

Assist in identifying top-performing creators suitable for episodic content formats.

Maintain and organize creator data during the onboarding process.

2. Content Quality Assurance (TMMKH: Tamil / Marathi / Malayalam / Kannada / Hindi)

Review creator submissions for quality, guideline compliance, and platform policies.

Track episode timelines, schedules, and deliveries.

3. Performance Tracking

Collect weekly performance metrics (views, shares, comments, retention, etc.).

Prepare basic performance reports and insights to support decision-making.

4. Operational & Communication Support

Coordinate with creators regarding deadlines, feedback, and content expectations.

Assist in preparing internal documents, reports, and communication materials.

Who You Are

Education: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Media, Communications, Business, or related fields.

Cultural Understanding: Strong awareness of preferences across regional audiences.

Passion for Content: Deep interest in short-form video, digital entertainment, and OTT-style storytelling.

Language Skills: Proficiency in at least one regional language — Tamil, Marathi, Malayalam, Kannada, or Hindi (reading, writing, and speaking).

Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing small tasks and multiple workflows.

Tools Know-how: Basic working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.

Mindset: Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative setup.
