Key Responsibilities:
Deliver managed technology services and solutions based on IQVIA’s platforms and tools.
Support client projects involving software implementation, integration, testing, and deployment.
Provide first-line support through incident management tools, assisting with service requests and issue resolution.
Participate in system design, architecture planning, and software/hardware specification under supervision.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to manage change requests and escalate technical issues as required.
Contribute to quality assurance, documentation, and training materials to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
Engage in basic project management tasks, including schedule tracking and coordination with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria:
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Foundational understanding of software development life cycle, system support, and quality standards.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes within the healthcare tech space.
