📍 Role Overview

As a .NET Core Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs. You will work closely with the development team to create robust and scalable applications while following industry best practices and coding standards.

This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in backend development, database management, and API integrations.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain applications using .NET Core and C#
• Build and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs for application integration
• Design and implement backend services such as Windows Services and Background Worker Services
• Work with MS SQL Server for database development and optimization
• Write efficient Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, and Complex SQL Queries
• Integrate third-party APIs and SDKs to enhance application functionality
• Use Git or other source control tools for version management and collaboration
• Ensure code quality by following best coding practices and development standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to improve application performance and reliability

🎯 Required Skills

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and technical experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in .NET development
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core Web APIs
• Experience developing Windows Services or Background Worker Services
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server and database programming
• Experience working with Git or other version control systems
• Exposure to reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, or RDLC
• Ability to work in a collaborative development environment

Candidates with experience in the Time & Attendance domain will have an additional advantage. This includes working with features such as attendance processing, shift management, leave management, and biometric integrations.
