3+ yrs exp in Technical Writing and 5+ yrs exp in utilizing MS office suite
Bachlors degree in English, Technical Writing, Communication
Document system design specifications, user help features other related information
Analyze & define objectives, scope, issues, & organizational impact of systems, operations or activities while developing recommendations for improvements
Recommend solutions to increase productivity, lower costs, streamline daily business activities & provide a secure & stable IT portal environment
Communicate with staff/clients to understand project requirements, address concerns of business line stakeholders, advising them on projects costs, design concepts and changes
Collborate with developers & engineers to select design solutions & ensure compatibility of capable components
Research & ensure current or emerging technologies & critical approaches to architecture, then consider their costs, compatibility, portability, scalabililty or usability, as appropriate
Should have knowledge of Git, UML & associated documentation standards & other tools
