Senior Assistant :Technical Support
Job Description
The candidate plays a role of an ongoing   interface between the client and DXC. She:
· Assists in   gathering the required information, to handle customer software, technical   quires, troubleshooting, and problem-solving of end users
· Manages   customer expectations regarding estimated response times for issue   resolution, meets SLAs like response and resolution times by partnering with   L 2 and L 3 teams within the organization
· Collaborates   with technical support team members to properly manage customer inquiries and   escalate when needed
· Owns customer   technical issues from reporting of the issue to its resolution, keeps the   customers updated about the issue status, monitors the given tasks as needed
· Ensures compliance   with internal processes and standards for IT support
Job Requirements
She should:
· Have an   ability to work with cross functional teams across domains
· Possess   effective English communication skills (both written and spoken)
· Be   flexible to work in a 24 X 7 support environment (night/morning shifts)
Job Level
· Job   Level: L 2
· Work   Experience : 0-1 yr.
· Work   location: Bangalore/Chennai/Noida
Education Qualification
· B.Sc. in   IT/Computer Science/Mathematics/ Physics/Chemistry; or BCA
· 60%   aggregate in academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation)
· Employment   Type: Full Time permanent role
