👨‍💻 Role Overview

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining modern web applications. You will work closely with the team to deliver features quickly while maintaining strong coding standards, performance, and reliability. We value developers who can think independently, collaborate effectively, and focus on delivering real business value.

🔧 Required Experience & Skills

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 4 years of professional, hands-on experience with ASP.NET Core, including building, deploying, and supporting production systems.

This is a true full-stack role, so you should be comfortable working on:

• Backend development, including APIs and database integration

• Frontend development and UI binding

• Blazor (our primary frontend framework)

• Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code

• Debugging, performance optimization, and system maintenance

🌍 Work Environment

This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere. Daily communication and collaboration will take place via Microsoft Teams and Slack, ensuring smooth coordination across the team.

⏱️ Work Schedule

We offer flexible working options:

• Part-Time: 30–35 hours per week

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week
