About this Opportunity

Ericsson is looking for a dedicated Associate Engineer Trainee to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising site activities with a focus on civil works, site surveys, network design, and installation. You will manage support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities while ensuring compliance with group directives, legal and financial requirements. - Conduct Site Surveys: Efficiently gather data to ensure proper planning.
- Service Provision Engagement: Plan and secure appropriate service provision (ASP) in areas such as licensing, assessment, training, and compliance.
- Resource Coordination: Requisition and allocate workforce and materials effectively.
- Validate Site Design: Ensure the validity and accuracy of site designs.
- Installation and Commissioning: Plan, secure, and execute installation and commissioning phases.
- Quality Standards: Maintain high quality standards in all execution procedures and report relevant activities.
