✅ Analyze and manage overdue customer accounts

✅ Resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction

✅ Use tools like Power BI & Excel to improve collections
✅ Lead by example in performance & accountability

🎓 Who Can Apply?
✔️ Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / BAF / Finance / Accounting)
✔️ 0–1 Year Experience | Freshers Eligible
✔️ Willing to work in US Shifts
✔️ Strong communication, analysis & negotiation skills
✔️ Basic understanding of finance + comfort with tools like Excel, Power BI
