As a Software Engineer at Abnormal Security, you will join the Email Productivity (EPR) team, responsible for engineering and managing the Email Productivity product, a key revenue driver for the company. You'll play a crucial role in managing the product's infrastructure and creating customer-centric components, gaining hands-on experience with high-volume systems and making a significant impact. The ideal candidate will show a proactive and adaptable approach to learning.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with software engineers to develop robust and scalable features.
- Ensure the reliability of features by implementing comprehensive unit tests and rigorous integration testing.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide technical support and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Communicate asynchronously with the team, displaying initiative in providing updates, discussing challenges, and proposing solutions.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn, quickly grasping new concepts.

Requirements:
