Requirements:
• Owns the personalisation workstream and acts as subject matter expert on the Personalisation Tool and relevant capabilities, its business requirements and functionalities;
• Understands and priorities business workloads, challenges and opportunities to define a Personalisation strategy
• Builds reusable frameworks/approaches that bring efficiency during different stages of Personalisation activity life-cycle;
• Collaborates with multiple business owners to convert their business needs into Personalisation use-cases/ideas;
• Collaborates with the Digital Analytics Lead to develop and own a control/challenger and measurement framework;
• Communicates results and learnings from different activities as well as overall benefits of Personalisation;
