Role Overview

Cisco is seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with AI/ML expertise to join its CRM Engineering and Transformation Office (CETO). This team is responsible for modernizing customer relationship systems by implementing advanced data frameworks, governance standards, and AI-driven technologies.

In this position, you will help design and develop intelligent solutions that enhance Cisco’s partner incentive platforms. You will combine machine learning, full-stack engineering, and data analytics to deliver scalable and automated business solutions that improve partner engagement and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development and Engineering

Build and maintain AI and machine learning solutions that support partner incentive systems.

Develop reliable and scalable Python-based applications and services.

Create predictive models using supervised and unsupervised learning techniques such as classification, regression, and clustering.

Implement natural language processing models for applications like entity matching and data deduplication.

Integrate advanced language models including GPT, BERT, T5, Llama, and similar AI technologies into enterprise systems.

Full Stack and Data Solutions

Translate business requirements into technical implementations with scalable architecture.

Work closely with data architects and analysts to design high-performance applications.

Handle large datasets while ensuring data accuracy and quality for model training and validation.

Deploy machine learning models into production and continuously monitor performance.

MLOps and Automation

Design and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline development, deployment, and monitoring processes.

Enhance automation capabilities to improve system efficiency and reliability.

Participate in technical decision-making related to AI tools, frameworks, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Collaboration and Quality Assurance

Conduct code reviews and contribute to testing and documentation processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and developers.

Stay updated with emerging trends and innovations in AI, ML, and software engineering.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in AI/ML development and full-stack engineering.

Strong programming skills in Python with experience using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.

Practical experience implementing classical machine learning algorithms and working with large language models.

Knowledge of MLOps pipeline creation and model deployment processes.

Experience with NLP model design and implementation.

Familiarity with agent-based AI frameworks and orchestration tools.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience developing advanced machine learning models including LLM fine-tuning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Knowledge of testing methodologies including unit and integration testing.

Familiarity with technologies such as FastAPI, Kafka, Elasticsearch, or Apache Solr.

Experience with databases and platforms like Oracle and Snowflake.

Exposure to front-end technologies such as ReactJS.
