Job Summary: 
The role involves issuing payments to vendors based on the services provided. This position also entails sending letters to insured individuals in accordance with compliance guidelines. The individual will be responsible for providing emergency services to insured individuals by assigning vendors for mitigation services. Additionally, this role supports claim finalization by accurately gathering required information and documents for each claim as per business requirements. 

Key Responsibilities: 
- Perform various tasks including issuing payments to vendors and sending letters to insured individuals to meet compliance guidelines 
- Order Reports such as Police, Fire, Condo, Deeds & Titles 
- Follow up on tasks and accurately update the status on the system 
- Provide emergency mitigation services to prevent further damage to property until permanent repairs are made 
- Review documentation thoroughly and capture relevant information for downstream teams to review 
- Complete all tasks on time to meet business SLAs and KPIs 

Supervisory Responsibilities: 
This job does not have supervisory duties 

Preferred Qualifications: 
Education and Experience: 
- 0-18 months of experience; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: 
- None 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience: 
- 0-18 months of experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred 
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 
- Basic technology skills
