Job Summary:

As a Graduate Trainee Engineer, you will work with the Pega Nearshore Consulting team to develop high-quality solutions for customers. You will collaborate with Customer and Pega Architects, design, develop, implement, and test Pega products, and ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deliver Pega-based solutions across various project phases.

2. Collaborate with remote teams to ensure customer success.

3. Participate in requirements gathering, design, build, and testing phases.

4. Leverage educational experience to consult and influence clients.

5. Ensure delivered products meet business requirements and exceed expectations.

6. Continuously focus on customer success and Pega best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

2. Proficiency in at least two programming languages.

3. Knowledge of UI/UX principles.

4. Hands-on experience with Pega tool (basic training completed).

5. Excellent communication and object-oriented programming skills.

6. Familiarity with JavaScript and React.
