Responsibilities:
- Manage HR transactions related to Employee Life Cycle Management.
- Ensure exceptional transactional quality and efficiency while learning and improving.
- Meet 24-hour SLAs and same-day SLAs for urgent/sensitive matters.
- Perform quality checks and adhere to QC/4-eye processes.
- Identify and address gaps and risk areas.
- Develop competencies in communication, analytical skills, flexibility, interpersonal abilities, decision-making, problem-solving, planning, organizing, and multitasking.
- Support team objectives in Quality of Output, Timeliness, Innovation, Productivity, Schedule Adherence, and other operational aspects.

- Experience: 0-3 years
- Education: Graduate
