Job Opportunity: Software Development Engineer at Genpact, Hyderabad

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (BE/BTech).

- Freshers are welcome.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Software Development Engineer at Genpact, you will:

- Implement and enhance functionality in the GRADE application, addressing requirements and proposing effective designs.

- Debug existing issues with the product, demonstrating expertise in Salesforce Development/Customizations, Lightning Components (APEX, AURA, Visual Force, Batch).

- Work with the codebase for data model, workflows, and rules, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of SFDC architecture and platform.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders in designing, functionally implementing, and supporting Salesforce Applications.

- Utilize experience in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methods for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Provide solutions to address client business pain points using the salesforce.com platform/offerings.

- Design workflow rules/process builders to enforce business processes.

- Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge through educational workshops and publications.

Eligibility:

- Fresh graduates with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and coding.

- Knowledge of Salesforce Development/Customizations, Lightning Components, and the Salesforce development life cycle.

- Basic software development knowledge and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Experience with SCRUM or other agile methodologies.
