Defining Success in Your Role:
In this pivotal position, your primary interaction will be with testers and senior testers, focusing on testing specific clients. Your success hinges on your ability to create and execute test cases while strategically prioritizing testing activities. Adeptly conducting a diverse range of tests, you will analyze results to ensure that software not only meets but surpasses specified standards and end-user requirements. Your proficiency in providing meticulous technical documentation on defects, accompanied by clear details and supporting attachments, will be a key measure of success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test cases and execute them with precision.
- Prioritize testing activities to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Conduct various tests and analyze results for adherence to standards and user requirements.
- Create detailed technical documentation on defects, supporting findings with attachments.
- Generate Test Metrics and diligently track defects to resolution.
- Aim to meet benchmarks for test design and execution.
- Proficiency in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
To Thrive in This Role, You Will Possess:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (BS preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Typically, no previous professional experience is required; 0-2 years related experience gained through internships and advanced coursework.
