What You’ll Do
Participate in all phases of the product lifecycle — from design and coding to testing and support.

Contribute to the development of IBM’s core Systems technologies such as firmware, operating systems, cloud software, and more.

Collaborate with global teams and stakeholders to understand product requirements and implement innovative solutions.

Develop, validate, and maintain high-quality, scalable systems and software solutions.

Enhance system performance, manage infrastructure, and support advanced deployment environments.

Who Can Apply (Eligibility)
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical discipline.

Fresh graduates or final-year students awaiting results are welcome.

Required Skills and Knowledge
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, GoLang, and ReactJS.

Solid understanding of operating systems (especially Linux/Unix), data structures, and algorithms.

Basic experience or familiarity with cloud computing, Kubernetes, containers, or OpenShift.

Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in global, cross-functional teams.

Passion for learning and building enterprise-grade solutions.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills
Exposure to OpenStack, DevOps practices, or Cloud-native application development.

Experience with web frameworks like Vaadin, Bootstrap, ReactJS, or Material UI.

Familiarity with backend technologies like JSP, Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, or SQL.

Interest or hands-on experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Data Science is a plus.

Knowledge of performance tuning, capacity planning, or diagnostics tools.
