Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology, or any equivalent degree.
- Fundamental knowledge of Programming, Databases, Operating systems, and Data structures.
- Knowledge of Flowcharts, Pseudocode codes, basic algorithms, and SQL.
- Adaptive learner ready to learn and adapt to technologies.
- Analytical thinking with effective communication and behavioral skills.
- Ability to explain the final year project or any previously done projects.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working on a live project.
- Previous experience with web technologies (preferred: .NET and Angular).
- Knowledge of source control and code management.
Selection process:
- Online Technical test.
- Technical Assignment.
- Interview.
On selection, an offer of 4.8 LPA as an apprentice software engineer.
Probation:
As part of the probation, the candidate would become part of our thinkbridge initiative thinkschool. The program involves thorough evaluations to continuously test the conceptual and behavioral proficiencies of the apprentice. Upon successful completion of all parameters, the apprentice will become an Associate Software Engineer with a CTC of 6 LPA.
