Description: 
Bentley Systems is hiring an Associate Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring Transport Asset Management software solutions. You will work on complex challenges, utilizing your technical skills to build enterprise-level solutions and contribute to client and internal projects. This role offers the opportunity to develop foundational skills and competencies in relevant technologies and gain experience in various projects. 

Responsibilities: 
- Understand project requirements 
- Complete all duties assigned by the Supervisor 
- Shadow senior staff members, ask questions, and assist wherever possible 
- Raise concerns and make suggestions for improvement 
- Participate in meetings, attend workshops, and other training initiatives 
- Prepare product and subject presentations 
- Establish professional relationships with staff 
- Maintain a high degree of professionalism and diligence 
- Create and maintain stored procedures, functions, and triggers 

Requirements: 
- BSc/BE in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant training/experience 
- 1-3 years of experience in SQL/Oracle SQL/DBA 
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills 
- Exceptional skills in query writing, performance optimization, and troubleshooting 
- Experience in crafting complex stored procedures and user functions 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
- Previous experience in the Transportation sector is advantageous 
- Familiarity with CAD and GIS is preferred 
- Superb time management and professionalism 
- A growth mindset and willingness to accept constructive feedback
